See the bill before the late fee
You meant to pay tomorrow. Then the date passes. Smart Bill Reminder checks unpaid bills about once a day and sends a separate notification for each one still inside your warning window.
Problem
Bills hide in email, chat, or a calendar entry you snooze. By the time you remember, the late fee is already on the statement.
How it works
- Add the bill from home with title, amount, category, and due date (optional photo or PDF).
- In Settings, turn on bill reminders, set yellow and red warning days, and pick one daily check time for all bills.
- When an unpaid bill enters your warning window, you get its own notification with View, Edit, and Mark as Paid actions.
- Tap Mark as Paid from the notification when you are done. The app updates the bill without opening the full screen.
You do not need an account to start. Bills stay on your phone unless you turn on optional Google Drive backup (Premium).
Limits
- Reminders need Android notification permission for this app.
- While Smart Bill Reminder is open in the foreground, the scheduled check does not send notifications.
- Delivery is usually within about ±10 minutes of your chosen time. Battery optimization can delay it further on some phones.
- This is a reminder tool. It does not pay bills for you and cannot guarantee you avoid every late fee.
