🇵🇱 Regulamin (PL)

1. Postanowienia ogólne

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z aplikacji mobilnej Smart Bill Reminder na Android oraz ze strony internetowej smart-bill-reminder.web.app (dalej: „Usługa”), udostępnianych przez Smart Apps Factory.

Korzystając z Usługi, akceptujesz niniejszy Regulamin. Jeśli się z nim nie zgadzasz, nie korzystaj z Usługi.

2. Zakres Usługi

Smart Bill Reminder to narzędzie do organizacji rachunków, przypomnień, gwarancji i powiązanych funkcji opisanych w aplikacji oraz na stronie. Podstawowe funkcje aplikacji działają lokalnie na urządzeniu użytkownika.

Część funkcji (np. Premium, kopia zapasowa w Google Drive, narzędzia AI) może wymagać dodatkowej aktywacji, subskrypcji lub zgody użytkownika.

3. Wymagania i odpowiedzialność użytkownika

Do korzystania z aplikacji wymagane jest urządzenie z systemem Android zgodne z wymaganiami w Google Play.
Użytkownik odpowiada za poprawność wprowadzanych danych oraz za bezpieczeństwo swojego urządzenia.
Użytkownik nie może wykorzystywać Usługi w sposób naruszający prawo lub prawa osób trzecich.

4. Płatności i subskrypcje

Subskrypcje Premium (jeśli dostępne) są rozliczane przez Google Play zgodnie z warunkami Google. Zwroty i anulowanie odbywają się zgodnie z polityką Google Play. Smart Apps Factory nie przechowuje danych kart płatniczych.

5. Własność intelektualna

Aplikacja, strona, grafika, kod i treści marketingowe należą do Smart Apps Factory lub licencjodawców. Użytkownik otrzymuje ograniczoną, niewyłączną licencję na korzystanie z aplikacji zgodnie z Regulaminem i warunkami sklepu.

6. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności

Usługa jest udostępniana „tak jak jest”. Smart Bill Reminder wspiera organizację płatności, ale nie zastępuje doradztwa finansowego, księgowego ani prawnego. Użytkownik sam decyduje o terminach i kwotach płatności.

W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo Smart Apps Factory nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utratę danych wynikającą z uszkodzenia urządzenia, braku kopii zapasowej lub działania usług zewnętrznych (Google, operatorzy sieci itp.).

7. Zmiany Regulaminu

Regulamin może być aktualizowany. Istotne zmiany będą komunikowane w aplikacji, w sklepie lub na stronie. Dalsze korzystanie z Usługi po wejściu zmian w życie oznacza ich akceptację.

1. General

These Terms govern use of the Smart Bill Reminder Android app and the website smart-bill-reminder.web.app (the “Service”), provided by Smart Apps Factory.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Scope of the Service

Smart Bill Reminder helps you organize bills, reminders, warranties, and related features described in the app and on the website. Core app features run locally on your device.

Some features (e.g. Premium, Google Drive backup, AI tools) may require additional activation, subscription, or consent.

3. User responsibilities

You need a compatible Android device as listed on Google Play.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for securing your device.
You must not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Premium subscriptions (if offered) are billed through Google Play under Google’s terms. Refunds and cancellation follow Google Play policies. Smart Apps Factory does not store payment card data.

5. Intellectual property

The app, website, graphics, code, and marketing content belong to Smart Apps Factory or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app as permitted by these Terms and the store.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Smart Bill Reminder supports bill organization but is not financial, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for payment deadlines and amounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Apps Factory is not liable for data loss caused by device failure, missing backups, or third-party services (Google, network providers, etc.).

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app, store listing, or website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
